More Brains! is a 1-4 player competitive game where each player represents a small group of "Alpha" zombies.
These Alphas are much smarter than your average zombie and they have organized hordes of regular (i.e., dumb) zombies in an assault on the city where human scientists are working on the dreaded "Z-Kill" drug - a substance specifically created to permanently eradicate the zombie hordes. The more brains they consume, the smarter the Alphas become and their only hope of overwhelming the humans is to... get more brains!
